OMG! I just bought this cheese at the store and it is AMAZING! I'm not a huge cheese fan. Mostly white cheddar and Swiss cheeses. And American. But this stuff is great! I loves it! I loves rosemary though so that probably helps. I have never bought a wedge of cheese before but I regret it not. Lol XD SOOOOO YUMMY! Favorite cheese!
